About Beckmann Scuba Our mission is to provide outstanding dive training to all levels of students. We call Austin, Texas home and serve the Central Texas area. We do most of our open water sessions at Windy Point Park on Lake Travis, so feel free to say hello when you see us there. If you are new to Austin or have never done any local diving, contact us and we'll be happy to meet you at Windy Point for a local orientation dive.
